Brian Maggi
Brian’s self-deprecating wit includes his claim to fame as the inventor of the SPAM filter-an excuse he humorously uses for not reading his mother’s emails. He combines clever storytelling, sharp observational humor, and a warm, inviting style that makes audiences feel like they’re at a dinner party they never want to leave.
He began his comedy career as the humor editor for In Formation Magazine and wrote sketch comedy for Chicago’s legendary Second City. Brian is also the creator and host of the show Adulted and has released his first comedy album, Frenemies with Benefits, in October 2024, currently available on major streaming platforms.
Brian’s comedy draws heavily on his life experiences as a husband, father, and tech professional, offering relatable and insightful humor. He regularly performs in the San Francisco Bay Area at venues such as The California Theater, Silverado Country Club, and The Bankhead Theater, as well as hosting the monthly Laughs in a Glass comedy event in Livermore.
The Towne Dandies Surf Fever!
The Towne Dandies is a band formed in the 90s creating a unique and memorable sound of “Cyber-Western” songs written and performed by Geoff Ellsworth and guitarist Steve McElroy. Their memorable, theatrical performances were seen throughout California with a base in Northern California.
Life sent McElroy and Ellsworth in different directions and Ellsworth took the The Towne Dandies act solo with unique collaborations and theatrical performances.
Ellsworth’s signature singer/songwriter style has a sound all his own playing everything from his cowboy/neo-country classics to football songs, surf guitar sounds, pirate songs and the sounds of Mississippi steamboat neo-Dixieland.
DJ E.Live
DJ E.Live is an Oakland-based DJ known for his dynamic and engaging sets that blend a variety of genres with a distinct local flavor. Rooted deeply in the vibrant Bay Area music scene.
E.Live’s dedication to his craft is evident in his meticulous preparation and ability to read and adapt to the crowd, making each event memorable. As a proud Oakland native, he continues to contribute to the local music community, supporting fellow artists and promoting the city’s rich musical heritage through his work behind the decks.
