Story Go Round: A Night of Hilarious True Tales
Get ready to laugh, cringe, and nod in recognition as people take the mic to share their funniest real-life stories on this month’s theme is First and Worst Jobs! We’re telling funny stories about first days on the jobs, or the worst jobs people have ever had.
Story Go Round is part of the First Street Wine Show Downtown Comedy experience — an evening of laughter, wine, and the kind of stories that make you say, “Oh, that could’ve been me.”
Grab a glass, find a seat, and enjoy an unpredictable lineup of storytellers spinning hilarious tales about life’s losses.
In order to ensure adequate seating, we reserve tables under the name of the person who purchases the tickets. If you want to be seated with another party please text us your name and the other party’s at 415-952-6524 by 3pm day of show. Include front, middle or back if you have a preference.

Brian is a seasoned Bay Area comedian, writer, and producer known for his insightful and relatable humor drawn from his experiences as a husband, father, and veteran of the tech industry. As the executive producer of Showmentum, he actively produces and performs in comedy events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including clubs like Cobbs, The Punchline, and the Bankhead Theater. Brian has opened for notable comedians Laurie Kilmartin and Kira Soltanovich and is known for his creative contributions, having written sketch comedy for Chicago’s Second City and co-created the underground humor magazine “In Formation.”
Beyond comedy, he is a published author and keynote speaker specializing in innovation and creativity. Brian also shares his expertise by running a comedy workshop through the Livermore Valley Performing Arts, helping to nurture and develop comedic talent in the community .
