Mario placed 3rd in this year’s San Francisco Comedy Competition. He’s in great company when you consider the contest has launched the careers of comedians like Robin Williams, Dana Carvey, Ellen DeGeneres & Bobby Slayton.
Born and raised in Oakland, Mario is the youngest of 4 and grew up watching Sanford and Son, The Richard Pryor Show & The Carol Burnett Show
He has performed with the late, great Charlie Murphy, Mark Curry, Sinbad, Mo’nique, & Tommy Davidson as well as featured on Kevin Hart’s “Hart of the City” on Comedy Central.

Culinary Angels is an all-volunteer, donation-based group that delivers nutritious meals to people going through a cancer.
Their volunteers are trained to cook with as many organic ingredients as possible and focus on nutrient-rich, plant-based, seasonal ingredients. Emphasis is placed on using cruciferous vegetables, sea vegetables and homemade broths in our soups. Culinary Angels believes this philosophy will help promote health, wellness, and hope to people who are compromised by their challenge. Organic, healing foods are an important part of our bodies’ natural instinct to be well!
