Laughs in a Glass returns for its 6th season at 3 Steves Winery and we have a great line up for 2025. Join us for a night of amazing comedy, award winning wine, beer, and food in the beautiful hills of Livermore wine country.
February 7 @ 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Doors open at 6. Wine by the glass and bottle will be available from 3 Steves, as well as craft beers by the can from Altamont Beer Works.

Jeff Applebaum
A native New Yorker, Jeff made his national TV debut on CBS as a comedian on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. He has also appeared on Comics Unleashed, America’s Got Talent, and his highly rated Dry Bar Comedy special was recently released! He’s opened for and performed with comic legends Robert Klein, Mort Sahl, Robin Williams, Dana Carvey, Elayne Boosler, and more. He plays Joey Bishop in the long-running musical tribute “The Rat Pack Is Back,” appeared in the blockbuster film “The Pursuit of Happyness,” and is also active in the business and hi-tech worlds, using his two engineering degrees from MIT. He performs around the globe, in clubs, theaters, and on virtual platforms.

Bill Schott
Bill grew up in Pleasanton and now makes his home in Walnut Creek. He has performed in venues all over California, some big, some very small, some unique (a laundromat and an auto mechanic’s garage). He has also performed in clubs in Paris and Madrid. He is the youngest of seven siblings and his comedy is based mostly on real events, except for the parts that are totally made up. He is also a practicing attorney.
Brian Maggi, your host
Brian is the executive producer of Showmentum and performs around the Bay Area, including Cobbs, The Punchline, and the Bankhead Theater. He has opened for Laurie Kilmartin and Kira Soltanovich. He also wrote sketch comedy for Second City and co-created the underground humor magazine “In Formation.” He is a published author and keynote speaker on innovation and creativity.
Culinary Angels is an all-volunteer, donation-based non-profit organization that delivers nutritious meals to people going through a cancer.
A portion of each ticket sold is donated to Culinary Angels to help them with their mission to bring nutritious meals to people going through cancer.
Their volunteers are trained to cook with as many organic ingredients as possible and focus on nutrient-rich, plant-based, seasonal ingredients. Emphasis is placed on using cruciferous vegetables, sea vegetables and homemade broths in our soups. Culinary Angels believes this philosophy will help promote health, wellness, and hope to people who are compromised by their challenge. Organic, healing foods are an important part of our bodies’ natural instinct to be well!
