Originally from Logansport\, Indiana\, she moved to San Francisco in 2007\, which has inspired much of her material\, particularly her amusing observations on culture shock and adaptation. Her comedy mines themes from her twenties and thirties\, touching on gender politics\, dating\, career\, parenting\, and relationships\, often weaving in stories from her personal life. \n\n\n\nShe is known for her conversational delivery\, relatable anecdotes\, and willingness to experiment with both English and Spanish in her sets. In February 2024\, she released her debut comedy album\, “Feeling Myself\,” produced by Blonde Medicine\, which showcases highlights from her entire career rather than just recent material. Emphasis is placed on using cruciferous vegetables\, sea vegetables and homemade broths in our soups. Culinary Angels believes this philosophy will help promote health\, wellness\, and hope to people who are compromised by their challenge.
