Praised for his smart writing and dry delivery\, Ryan became the youngest person to win the World Series of Comedy in 2019. Since then he has also won the 45th San Francisco International Comedy Competition in 2021and become a paid regular at The Punchline San Francisco\, Cobb’s Comedy Club\, Laughs Unlimited\, and dozens of other clubs across the country. He’s performed at The Motor City Comedy Festival\, The Santa Cruz Comedy Festival\, and was named Oakland Comedy Machine’s 2018 Tournament of Champions winner. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIris Benson\n\n\n\nIris has garnered such praise as “Bleak and honest”\, “pleasantly dark”\, “wonderfully weird” and “pretty good for a woman” by no one worth mentioning.  \n\n\n\nShe has performed at SheDot Comedy Festival in Toronto. Iris has performed in many other comedy festivals all over the United States including Devil Fest in New York\, the Cape Fear Comedy Festival in Wilmington North Carolina\, the Idaho Comedy Festival in Boise\, ID and The World Series of Comedy Festival in Las Vegas\, NV. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCarrie Gilbert\n\n\n\nCarrie is one of the slowest-rising comedians in the country. After being knighted with the Class Clown yearbook honorific at Foothill High School in 1992\, she received an award for “strengthening the fabric of goodwill that exists in the world through laughter” after she performed at a benefit gig in Seattle in 1997. She made it to the finals of the Killer Laughs competition at Dublin’s (dearly departed) Bunjo’s Comedy Club in 2012. Paul won 1st place at the 2020 World Series of ComedyMain Event in Las Vegas.  \n\n\n\nHe is a regular at comedy clubs\, theaters\, casinos and cruise ships all over the country\, and has also performed at SF Sketchfest\, the Oakland Comedy Festival\, and the Big Pine Comedy Festival\, where he was awarded “Best of Fest.” You can catch his comedy playing on Pandora and SiriusXM. Paul is absurdly tall and may become confrontational if you claim to know more about Harry Potter than he does. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEmily Van Dyke\n\n\n\nOriginally from the Midwest\, Emily loves best friend tattoos and telling inappropriate stories at baby showers. Emily has opened for Colin Quinn and Judah Friedlander\, she has performed in SF Sketchfest and she’s a local favorite in the Bay Area. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBrian Maggi\n\n\n\nBrian is the Executive Producer of Showmentum\, and organizer of this show. He is a Bay Area comedy staple as well as the host and creator of Adulted. He left the high stress world of tech for the low wage life of standup comedy. His biggest claim to fame is inventing the Spam filter so he’d have an excuse for not reading his parents’ emails.

Emily has opened for Colin Quinn and Judah Friedlander\, she has performed in SF Sketchfest and she’s a local favorite in the Bay Area. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nChad Opitz\n\n\n\nChad has opened for Michelle Wolf\, Melissa Villasenor\, David Cross\, Scott Thompson\, Christopher Titus\, Gad Elmaleh\, ISMO\, Rob Schneider\, Neil Hamburger\, Taylor Tomlinson\, Tom Green\, Bobcat Goldthwait\, Brooks Wheelan and many more. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEd Ruben\n\n\n\nEd Ruben has been performing stand-up comedy in the Bay Area for over 4 years.  He was a semi-finalist in the Rooster T Feathers comedy contest in 2018\, and has appeared at such places as The Pink Flamingo in Monterey and the San Jose Improv. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBrian Maggi\, Host\n\n\n\nBrian is the Executive Producer of Showmentum\, and organizer of this show. He is a Bay Area comedy staple as well as the host and creator of Adulted. He left the high stress world of tech for the low wage life of standup comedy. Growing up in the world’s most crowded city\, he spent most of his childhood years burning the midnight candles for earning a Masters Degree in Computer Software\, thereby fulfilling his parent’s dreams. He then moved half-way across the world\, to the technology headquarters and a hotbed for emerging comics – San Francisco. \n\n\n\n\n\nSamson Koletkar\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nShawn Felipe\n\n\n\nShawn Felipe is known for his laconic and clever real-life stories as they expand internationally.
