His style aims to poke fun at life’s ambiguity with a witty and sardonic tone. Jared likes to interact with the audience and share hilarious anecdotes\, often making fun of himself and those closest to him. He runs a monthly “Roast Battle Royale” at Livermore’s own R-Place Music Club. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJay Mills\n\n\n\nPlaying dive bars\, dry bars\, sand bars\, comedy clubs\, chess clubs\, pizza parlors\, machine shops\, rail cars\, and backyards from here to RENO . . . It’s J. Mills!  \n\nJ is a recent grad and two timer of the esteemed LVPAC comedy workshop hosted by yours truly and Carrie Gilbert (see above). He’s one interesting cat you won’t easily forget. \n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoshua Bennett\n\n\n\nJoshua hails from a small town and does comedy in the Bay Area. He has been performing all over including the Alameda Comedy Club and Tommy T’s. He won first place at the Contra Costa County Comedy Competition and is a regular at Cobb’s Roast Battle League. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBrian Maggi\,Your Host\n\n\n\nBrian is the creator\, and host of Adulted\, and a Bay Area comedian and writer. He left the high stress world of tech for the low wage life of standup comedy performing under the stage name Skip Everett. His biggest claim to fame is inventing the Spam filter so he’d have an excuse for not reading his parents’ emails. \n\nHe performs regularly around San Francisco including Cobbs\, The Punchline\, and Rooster T. Feathers. He has written for Chicago’s Second City\, and co-created the underground humor magazine “In Formation.” He is a published author\, and keynote speaker on innovation and creativity.

Originally from Logansport\, Indiana\, she moved to San Francisco in 2007\, which has inspired much of her material\, particularly her amusing observations on culture shock and adaptation. Her comedy mines themes from her twenties and thirties\, touching on gender politics\, dating\, career\, parenting\, and relationships\, often weaving in stories from her personal life. \n\n\n\nShe is known for her conversational delivery\, relatable anecdotes\, and willingness to experiment with both English and Spanish in her sets. In February 2024\, she released her debut comedy album\, “Feeling Myself\,” produced by Blonde Medicine\, which showcases highlights from her entire career rather than just recent material. Emily’s comedy is marked by a blend of nostalgia\, vulnerability\, and lighthearted takes on adulting\, and she is now exploring more philosophical and political material\, including topics like survival\, voting\, and the environment.

Enjoy the cozy\, intimate setting of the 1st Street Wine Company as we transform this popular downtown Livermore wine bar into a laugh-filled escape. Shows feature skilled comics who have appeared at top clubs\, in festivals\, and on national television. Comedians are hand-picked from Showmentum’s pool of fan favorites\, ranging from award-winning stand-up performers to up-and-coming local stars. \n\n\n\nSeating is very limited to preserve the up-close\, personal feel. Attendees can expect to enjoy top-tier stand-up comedy just a few feet from the performer\, surrounded by friends and a top flight wine selection. Include front\, middle or back if you have a preference. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStarring…\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoe Hill\n\n\n\nJoe has worked DL Hughley\, Mike Epps\, Tony Roberts\, DC Young Fly\, Ali Siddiq\, Bill Burr\, JJ Williamson\, Alycia Cooper\, Craig Robinson\, & Roy Wood Jr.  \n\n\n\nJoe is featured weekly on Fox’s news show “Like It Or Not” a nationally syndicated show. Hill has been seen and featured on networks Netflix\, CW11\, Vice\, Revolt TV\, Sirius XM Radio\, and iHeart Radio.  \n\n\n\nHe currently has five comedy albums streaming on all digital platforms. Three of his albums made the top ten on their respective debuts. His debut comedy special “Somebody’s Gotta Hear This” is  currently streaming.

He combines clever storytelling\, sharp observational humor\, and a warm\, inviting style that makes audiences feel like they’re at a dinner party they never want to leave. \n\n\n\nHe began his comedy career as the humor editor for In Formation Magazine and wrote sketch comedy for Chicago’s legendary Second City. Brian is also the creator and host of the show Adulted and has released his first comedy album\, Frenemies with Benefits\, in October 2024\, currently available on major streaming platforms. \n\n\n\nBrian’s comedy draws heavily on his life experiences as a husband\, father\, and tech professional\, offering relatable and insightful humor. He regularly performs in the San Francisco Bay Area at venues such as The California Theater\, Silverado Country Club\, and The Bankhead Theater\, as well as hosting the monthly Laughs in a Glass comedy event in Livermore.
