What is Prop Comedy?
That’s an interesting question. The easiest way to describe prop comedy would be anyone who uses a prop with act, but that is too goofy. How about this instead? Prop Comics are humorous acts that perform using objects in a funny way. That could mean any of the following type of comics;
- Ventriloquists and Impersonators
- Magicians and Illusionists
- Duos and Groups
- Acrobats and Tumblers
- Musical Acts
There’s probably more examples we have yet to see or think of. If you have a questions, or want to know whether your comedy act qualifies, feel free to contact us, or go ahead and submit an application to perform. Click here if you’d like to read more about application rules details.
